Our Approach
At Prana Revival Healing Arts, we provide Reiki Energy Healing with the pure intention of providing comfort, relaxation, and relief. Reiki is a gentle, Japanese form of healing where the practitioner will gently place her hands on or above the body, channeling Universal Life Force Energy to clear, revive and balance the chakra (energy) centers of the body. This allows the body to find its natural balance or equilibrium. Experiencing reiki can feel like a warm, energetic hug. It can be deeply soothing to the body, mind, and spirit.
Meet Jess Provost: Reiki Master Practitioner
Hello! I’m Jess Provost. I have always been that so-called “jack of all trades,” a gal with a wide range of interests and pieces of knowledge. I used to see that as a negative, and struggled to find my place; a 9-5 job never really felt right for me, despite continued efforts in the speech pathology field. Over time, the more I looked inward, the more I realized that many of my interests fit together beautifully and they all center around healing, wellness, relationship and intuition. I can spread my passion and knowledge by combining my interests and to serve those around me. I am a Reiki Energy Master Practitioner, a Yoga Instructor, a Birth Doula and a Speech Pathologist. I study tarot, intuitive work, crystals, meditation, and all forms of fitness in my spare time.
As a person, I’m playful and silly with a big heart. I can usually feel how others are doing without being told and want to spread light, energy, comfort, and love to the community around me.
I have a wonderful partner, 3 awesome kids and 3 adorable dogs. I was raised in Saint Paul, MN, and moved to Washburn, WI in June of 2024. I am loving life on the big, magical lake and feel so inspired by the people I’ve met so far.

- What do I wear to a reiki healing appointment?
Loose or comfortable fitting clothes are recommended!
- What can I expect during my first reiki appointment?
You will fill out paperwork about your current condition and hopes for the session. You will lie comfortably on a massage therapy table equipped with a heated, PEMF + red light therapy mat and be provided blankets and an eye mask for your relaxation. Your "job" is to rest and be present in your body. I will use gentle touch on or hovering just above your body to channel the reiki energy.
- What are the benefits of reiki?
Deep relaxation. Relief of stress and anxiety. Clarity of thoughts. Pain reduction or relief. Improved sleep. Enhanced spiritual connection/connection to self. May promote emotional release.
- What does reiki feel like?
Everyone experiences reiki energy differently, though most report it feels highly calming and comforting. It can feel like a warm hug. It can bring warm/cool sensations, pulsing/vibration sensations or you may feel sparks of energy releasing. You may see colors, visions or have deep clarity. You may experience a feeling of lightness. You may simply feel a sense of peace, grounding, and calm both physically and mentally.
